Beverly Hills, CA – Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance, one of Southern California’s premiere car events, slated for Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. will showcase
vintage motorcycles and over 140 automobiles in eighteen classes, manufactured prior to 1974, including Pre-War US and Pre-War European. There will be free offsite parking and shuttle service to Greystone Mansion & Gardens: The Doheny Estate. Tickets are limited and available for $125 online at www.beverlyhills.org/concourstkts. The all-inclusive, private event ticket price includes unlimited gourmet food, beverages and adult libations from Tito’s, Stella Artois and Asombroso Fine Tequila and desserts by Sugarfina. Event highlights include City National Bank’s Passion of the Collector, set up in the mansion’s living room where guests can mingle and listen to a discussion between Peyman Salehi, Senior Vice President of Private Client Services at City National Bank, and David Gooding, President of Gooding & Company, one of the world’s foremost automotive auction companies. Following the discussion will be a private scotch tasting. A special appearance and book signing will take place with British Wheelers Dealers television personalities Mike
Brewer and Edd China.
Unique access to the interior of Greystone Mansion will provide guests with a glimpse of rarely-seen rooms, including the speakeasy, billiard and bowling alley where There Will Be Blood and countless other movies were filmed. The first floor of the mansion will become a shopper’s delight with high-end vendors selling fine automotive art, vintage posters, automobilia, books, jewelry, vintage fashions and unique gift items.
ReVamp models will stroll the concours in vintage fashions.
The Greystone Concours d’Elegance is produced by the City of Beverly Hills, with the support of the Friends of Greystone, whose mission is to raise funds to restore and preserve the Doheny Greystone Estate, a nationally-registered landmark.
