WHAT:
The 4th Annual METROPOLITAN FASHION WEEK is one of the fastest growing fashion weeks in the United States, with shows in Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Palm Springs and soon, New York. Metropolitan is the only fashion week in the world that features both Fashion Designers and Costume Designers and will spotlight over 150 works of Avant Garde and Couture Gowns created by international fashion and costume designers and are original “one-of-a-kind” creations. Closing Gala celebrates Hollywood fashion and costume talents with inaugural Metropolitan Fashion Awards and special presentation by Cirque du Soleil.
Metropolitan Fashion Week will honor Ellen DeGeneres with th Global Wildlife Conservation Champion Award for her passion and commitment to animals and endangered species. The award is sponsored by the Global Wildlife Conservation Champion Fund (GWCCF).
